1. Your agreement with DeliDood
These Terms govern your access to DeliDood as a customer, business owner, staff member, or community participant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use DeliDood for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to manage the people, menu, prices, taxes, inventory, orders, and reservations connected to it.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials private and review active sessions if you notice unfamiliar activity.
- You are responsible for actions taken through your account until you report unauthorized access.
- Staff may only use the permissions assigned by the business. They must not attempt to access owner-only or platform-moderation functions.
3. Orders, menus, and reservations
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, prices, discounts, taxes, opening hours, availability, delivery rules, room information, and reservation capacity. DeliDood provides the software that connects customers and businesses but does not prepare food or operate the listed premises.
An order or reservation is not accepted until the business confirms it. Availability can change before confirmation. Cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Posts, comments, reviews, and reports
- Only post content you have the right to share.
- Do not post threats, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, malware, spam, manipulated reviews, or private information belonging to someone else.
- You keep ownership of your content and give DeliDood a non-exclusive license to store, display, resize, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
- DeliDood may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Payments and memberships
Payment providers process eligible online transactions under their own terms. Businesses must review the displayed amount and plan before confirming a membership purchase. Taxes, settlement timing, and processor availability may depend on location.
You may not reverse, duplicate, manipulate, or falsely claim a payment. DeliDood may delay activation while a transaction is being verified.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass authorization, rate limits, account restrictions, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use DeliDood to deceive customers, fabricate transactions, evade taxes, or violate employment, food-safety, consumer-protection, or hospitality laws.
7. Availability and warranties
DeliDood is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every business listing, user submission, route estimate, or third-party service will always be accurate.
Location and map features use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and https://policies.google.com/terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Responsibility and liability
Each business remains responsible for its products, premises, staff, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, and legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for providing a reachable contact, correct delivery location, and truthful reservation information.
To the extent permitted by law, DeliDood is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by another user, a listed business, a payment provider, network failure, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Suspension, deletion, and termination
You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes active sessions and associated personal data, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
DeliDood may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, threats to safety, non-payment, or attempts to compromise the service. Where appropriate, the moderation appeal process remains available.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service when practical. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
