1. Customer order cancellations
A customer may cancel an order from My Orders while it is still awaiting acceptance by the business. Once the business accepts the order or begins preparation, self-service cancellation is no longer available because ingredients, staff time, or delivery work may already have been committed.
If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, contact the business or DeliDood support. The business may cancel it and should provide a reason where practical.
2. Table and room reservations
Customers may cancel eligible requested or confirmed reservations from My Reservations. Completed, rejected, previously cancelled, or no-show reservations cannot be cancelled again.
A business may apply a clearly disclosed cancellation window, deposit rule, or no-show charge. Those business-specific rules must be shown before the customer confirms a paid reservation. If no special rule is displayed, no undisclosed cancellation fee should be charged through DeliDood.
3. Refund eligibility
- A verified duplicate payment or charge for a transaction that did not activate or reach the intended business is eligible for investigation and correction.
- A business-approved cancellation of an unfulfilled prepaid order or reservation is eligible for the amount approved by the business, subject to lawful processor fees.
- Quality, missing-item, wrong-item, and fulfillment disputes are reviewed using the order record and information provided by the customer and business.
- Cash payments are refunded by the business that received the cash unless DeliDood explicitly collected the funds.
4. Business memberships
Business membership time begins when a payment is verified and the plan is activated. Membership purchases are generally non-refundable after activation, except for duplicate payments, failure to activate the purchased plan, a refund required by law, or another written commitment displayed at purchase.
5. Requesting help
Submit a request through the support contact inside DeliDood and include the order, reservation, or payment reference; the business name; the amount; the date; and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords or complete payment credentials.
Customers should report order problems promptly after delivery. DeliDood may ask both sides for supporting information and may reject requests that are fraudulent, duplicated, outside an applicable time limit, or unsupported by the transaction record.
6. Processing time
Approved electronic refunds are submitted to the original payment method when possible. The payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears. DeliDood will show or communicate the outcome after the request is reviewed.
7. Consumer rights
This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where a mandatory local rule is more protective, that rule applies.
